Environment Friendly

Our products are 100% made from natural raw materials and make use of high quality OPC Grade 53 Cement for their manufacturing. FlyAsh used in our products is a non-toxic product which does not pollute the air, land or water. The manufacturing process emits no pollutants and creates no by-products or toxic waste products.


Earthquake Resistant

The light weight of our blocks results into higher steadiness of the blocks in the structure of the buildings. As the impact of the earthquake is directly proportional to the weight of the building, the building constructed using our blocks is more reliable and safer.


Saves Water

Our products ranging from blocks, bricks, pavers to kerbstones are all made out of high grade concrete and thus, consume very less water.


Fire Resistant

Our blocks are highly suitable for areas where fire safety is of utmost priority. Being made out of concrete and inorganic salts, these can last from 2 hours upto 6 hours in fire. These blocks never dwell fire to any adjacent buildings as well.

Despite the high strength of our bricks and blocks, these are very easy and convenient to use. The walls can be easily cut and drilled with the help of right cutting and chasing tools. Unlike AAC blocks, our blocks do not break and rupture by the use of a drill on it.


No Efflorescence

We take pride in claiming that our bricks, unlike traditional red clay bricks, do not incur efflorescence. Although Efflorescence might just seem like a cosmetic issue, it is actually a moisture problem. This problem also has the capability of causing structural damage to the building.


Thermal Insulation

Our concrete blocks have exceptional thermal insulating qualities. The thermal conductivity of the blocks helps maintaining the inner temperature to be warm during the winters and cool during the summers and consequently enhanced energy efficiency. These blocks can reduce the electrical bills upto 30% with their innovative cool properties.


Moisture Resistance

Moisture from both external and internal sources can cause damage to buildings. External moisture sources include rain and water from the soil. Internal moisture, usually in the form of humidity, can cause condensation on the surface of the walls as well as condensation inside the wall itself.


Pest Resistant

Our blocks consist of inorganic materials that helps preventing termites, avoiding damages and losses. Due to tight intrablock bonds, there are no cavities for insects or rodents to dwell in.


Sound Proof

The Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of these blocks is up to 45 db. Thus, our blocks are the ideal material for the construction of walls in hotels, hospitals, studios and auditoriums.


Increase in Carpet Area

Our blocks can replace a 9” brick wall into a 6” and 8” block wall. This increases the carpet area incredibly. Our blocks have an excellent dimensional accuracy which also reduces the plaster thickness to a minimum.


Faster Construction

Our blocks come in large sizes and have fewer joints. This significantly reduces the installation time due to fewer number of blocks, fewer joints, and reduced time in masonry required, resulting in faster construction.


Perfect Size and Shape

The process of manufacturing flyash bricks, concrete blocks and pavers ensures constant and consistent dimensions. Factory finished products provide a uniform base for economical application of a variety of finishing systems. Internal walls can be finished by direct plaster of Paris, thus eliminating the need of plastering.


High Compressive Strength

The block has an average compressive strength of (25-30) N/mm^2 which is superior to most types of light weight blocks, 40% stronger than other products of the same density. Our flyash bricks have an average compressive strength of 12 N/mm2 which is almost twice than the traditional red clay bricks (6N/mm2)

Cost Saving

Our block covers an area equivalent to that covered by 10-12 traditional red bricks. Being almost 30% lighter in weight compared to 10-12 bricks, it results into great reduction of dead weight. Further, the reduced dead weight results into reduction of the use of cement and steel which helps great in cost savings. Hence, ultimate mortar savings as well
